Calling all overdue and forgotten Parkview Library books
Hello Parkview Community, could everyone please have a look through your bookshelves and under your beds and dressers or any other hiding spots, to see if you have any Parkview Library books hiding around your houses, condos, cottages or apartments? There are a number of overdue library books out there, and students are unable to choose new books until they return the book(s) that they have already signed out.
Also, the last day to choose new books for this school year will be Friday, June 10th and all books must be returned starting Monday, June 13th.
Thank you for your help everyone.
Ms. Vikse

Primary and Junior EQAO testing
The grade 3 and grade 6 EQAO testing is just around the corner. Students in grade 3 and 6 will be engaged in assessments of Language and Math for parts of the day during testing time.  We encourage parents to make every effort not to schedule any trips or appointments during the testing period.  The schedule is below:
Grade 3: Tuesday May 31 to Thursday June 2
Grade 6: Monday May 30 to Thursday June 2
If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact your child’s homeroom teacher.

Parkview’s Annual BBQ Fun Fair
Mark you calendars! This year the BBQ will be on Wednesday, June 8. The BBQ Committee has already sent home the Program, Food/Ticket Order Form and the Volunteer Form. As usual, it is expected to be a wonderful event. Food/Ticket orders were due last Friday (May 20) but will still be accepted on Tuesday after the long weekend. Also, volunteer help is always welcome. Volunteer forms will be accepted any time next week. Thank you for your support to this annual year-end get together of food and fun!
