SUBWAY MONDAYS

To support a number of fundraising initiatives at Parkview (e.g., grade 8 graduation, grade 8 overnight trip), SUBWAY MONDAYS are back! We are serving 6 inch Subway sandwiches on Mondays for 12 weeks starting October 3, 2016. Pre-orders only. No refunds available. No orders will be accepted after September 25, 2016. Dates are as follows: October 3, October 11, October 17, October 24, October 31, November 7, November 14, November 21, November 28, December 5, December 12, and December 19. NB: Where Monday, October 10 is a holiday, we will serve the Subway sandwiches on Tuesday, October 11, 2016. If you would like to order more than 1 sub sandwich per student, add each sub separately to the cart. Sub choices and toppings remain the same for the entire 12 week period. A healthy lunch for your child and a way to help Parkview at the same time – now that’s what we call a great combo!”

This year, payment for the subway lunch can only be taken through the website School Cash Online:

If you have not already registered your child for School Cash Online, click on the School Cash Online button on our school’s website, http://www.yrdsb.ca/schools/parkview.ps click on ‘Get Started Today’ and use your child’s student ID # to set up an account.  It’s quick, easy and secure.

All orders must be placed with School Cash Online by September 25, 2016.

PIZZA DINNER @ CURRICULUM NIGHT (Thursday October 6^th)

This year, Parkview will be having a pizza dinner on Curriculum Night (Thursday October 6^th) for $5.00. Dinner includes 2 slices of pizza – cheese or pepperoni – a drink and a light dessert.  Orders can be submitted by using School Cash Online from Wednesday September 28^th to Sunday October 2^nd.   This will allow you to order dinner for your family then have dinner at the school before meeting the teachers. We hope this will reduce the stress of trying to have dinner before rushing to the school. Join other families for pizza, have a chance to meet and chat with parents, and focus on the evening. Extra pizza and drinks will not be available for purchase on this night. We look forward to having dinner with you on Curriculum Night.

Pizza will be available from 6 PM to 6:30 PM.
