Annual Student Bike Check-Up – With double digits in the forecast for next week, it’s time to brush the dust off your bikes! Station Ski & Ride will be offering a FREE kids bike check-up for Parkview students again this year. The free check-up will be held at Parkview after school on Tuesday, May 8th from 3:00 to 5:00. We will also be accepting any unwanted bikes of all sizes for donation. If you have a bike you are no longer using, please drop it off at the bike check-up.

School Lunch Assistants play a significant role as members of our school team. The period of time that school assistants are utilized is one of the busiest time of the school day. The role of school assistants is to provide supervisory support to teaching staff during critical periods of the school day. Supervision duties include supervision of students during the lunch hour from 12:20-1:20pm. If you are interested in supporting the school with becoming a School Lunch Assistant please contact the office at 905.477.2172 or email parkview.ps@yrdsb.ca
Pre-ordered Memory Albums are still available for pick-up from the main office. You will be asked to sign acknowledging receipt.
Hands Across the Nations is an organization that is committed to changing lives in a practical way. Considering their mission, the Parkview community is encouraged to donate used eyeglasses for those in need of eyewear. Please deliver all donations to the Main Office. Thank you for helping us to make a difference.
The Annual Parkview School Council BBQ & Fun Fair will take place on Wednesday, June 6th, 2018 from 3:15 pm to 6:00 pm. Save the date!! The next meeting of the Parkview School Council BBQ Committee will be on Monday, May 14th from 1:30 pm to 2:45 pm at the school. Everyone is welcome to attend the Parkview School Council BBQ Committee meetings and help plan this fun event.
